How to see a Magic Eye
Method 1: Parallel Viewing (Look Through)
- Bring your face very close to the screen, almost touching it.
- Try to look through the image into the distance behind your screen. Your vision should blur.
- Slowly move your head straight back, away from the screen, keeping your eyes relaxed and unfocused.
- At a certain distance, the hidden 3D image will suddenly snap into focus!
Method 2: Cross-Eyed Viewing
- Hold a pen or finger halfway between your eyes and the screen.
- Focus your eyes purely on the pen/finger.
- While keeping focus on the pen, pay attention to the blurred image in the background.
- The repeating patterns will overlap. Once they lock together, move the pen away and enjoy the 3D shape!
